And please don't cancel b/c your afraid,..... it's safe and private.  You're scheduling a massage, you're 100% safe, nothing  to worry about.  We  never keep information on anyone, BUT, if you make an appointment , and just do not show up, it costs  money, and time, and another client misses out an a possible appointment, and then...we  will keep the information we  have, to make sure we do not schedule you or give you a good reference. Anyone that just doesn't show up, when they have scheduled time with someone, is extremely rude, and we  do not need rude clients. Always call AND email to cancel, with as much advance notice as possible, so the slot can be filled.... One day, you might be the one needing "a spot" waiting on a cancellation, and we are  sure you would like time to get there safely, and have a Non-rushed appointment. So, Please, show respect... Cancelling last minute will exclude you from advance scheduling discounts in the future. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE....CALL, SO we WILL KNOW YOU ARE COMING!  NO texts, IM'S, or Yahoo chat. If you cancel..CALL !!
