The very best way to schedule, is online, the night before, or early morning, so we can send you pre-written directions. Last minute calls are VERY hard to accomadate. It is hard to answer the phone at times, but very easy to check  voice mail, when we  are free to. If this happens,  it may be a few minutes before we are  free   to call you back, work you in, then you have to have time to get there. If the only opening just happens to be "right then", and someone else coming in an hour, that usually will not work. That's why it is best  at very least, to call several hours in advance. We have clients call, and say, they are in the area, and can come right now. If we are not  by the phone, , get your message 30 minutes later, call you back, chances are slim ... So PLEASE plan ahead for best availability. . It is VERY important to leave a voice mail if you are serious to schedule a time. The time you need may very well be available, but if you don't leave a request for it, someone else may, then the appointment time belongs to them. No one will call you unless you specify for us to, and your call back preferences are respected, and your number is NOT programmed or kept, so remember to leave it!!PLEASE be absolutely positive, when you confirm a time,...It's not fair to clients really wanting an appointment, that we cannot fit in that day, because we have scheduled someone that is going to cancel, or not show up. Your information is NOT stored, OR kept. As long as you're a Gentleman, your name can be Tom, or Joe ALL DAY LONG.!!   Again,......It is very important, if you DO call, to leave your request on voice mail. This cannot be stressed enough. You do not have to worry about leaving your number, we do not keep anything, or store anything. Your call back preferences are honored. (EXample- call me back ONLY before 2 PM)...We will ONLY call you back before 2 PM------ Calls are often screened, not to get your phone number, but to only allow sane , serious people into the studio. If you are one of these sane, serious people, We're sure you can appreciate the glory in that!!!....You would not BELIEVE some of the people that call everyday, with a few screws loose, just playing around.
